About Us
We want to help you and your horse develop a better partnership. The most important ingredients:
Love. Language. Leadership.
Let’s build up
your Savvy
Savvy is your internalized knowledge!
Savvy is your internalized knowledge!
We want to take horsemanship to a higher level and help horses by educating people.
Because there is a lot of technical horsemanship out there and everyone has heard of it these days.
But really integrating and using horse psychology makes all the difference! Because if we don’t play with the horses, they play with us 😉
We are Josh and Nina
We both grew up with horses and independently came into contact with the Parelli program at an early age. We have been following the path of natural horsemanship as a team since 2021.
Josh’s Way
Josh has been around horses all his life. Even though Josh has called many countries his home, these fascinating creatures have always been by his side.
His time on his family’s ranch in Florida, where he first came into contact with horsemanship, was very influential. In 2007 he saw Pat Parelli live for the first time and since then his goal has been very clear! To make the world a better place for people with the help of the Parelli program.
He learned from some of the best instructors: David and Alison Zuend in England, Carmen Zulauf and Adrian Heinen in Switzerland and several times from Pat and Linda Parelli personally.
In 2019, he successfully completed his training as an instructor and was awarded 2 stars straight away!
Josh’s incredible wealth of experience with young horses and re-start horses has helped countless students and horses. Since 2022 he is the only Parelli licensed Horse Development Specialist in Germany.
His Mission
Helping the horse to become a good leader by training and developing the human being.
Nina’s Way
Nina helps horse lovers who want to improve their partnership with their horse for more safety, fun and success!
She is passionate about helping recreational riders with confidence, understanding and horse psychology. She helps her students learn to read their horse and shows how the Parelli program is a human learning program to learn to read and understand the horse. Because the goal is to train YOU to be the best trainer for your horse.
Nina grew up with horses. She started out in Icelandic horse sport and was a member of the Bavarian team for many years.
However, she didn’t pay enough attention to one major component in the sport: Partnership. So she looked for a method and came across academic horsemanship – a very friendly way of physically training the horse.
But something was still missing for her: the mental and emotional collection and understanding of the horses. A balance of mental, emotional and physical fitness…
During a visit to a Horsenality seminar, she found the solution: the Parelli program! Here, all three areas were brought into balance and each horse and each person were individually addressed. And most importantly – the partnership comes first!
A program that gives every normal horse person the opportunity to achieve extraordinary results.
Nina studied for over 10 years with instructors such as Silke Vallentin, Klaudia Duif, Berni Zambail, Ralf and Julia Heil and Joshua Burke. She has been passing on her knowledge to students since 2018.
In 2023 she studied with Pat in Florida for 3 months and was awarded her first star.
Nina is very proud to strengthen the Parelli team in Germany and to pass on Pat’s mission.
Her Mission
To make the world a better place for people and horses. And to help people become horse people.

We want to support you and your horse
How many top athletes today don’t have a mental coach at their side?
Because the right attitude leads to complete success!
Unfortunately, this view has not yet penetrated far into the equestrian world and the focus is mostly on physical training.
Our Goal:
A horse that is mentally, emotionally and physically balanced!
We want to help you become the best leader for your horse!
No matter what your goals are (safe riding, competitions, etc.) – we will help you take your partnership to the next level!
Because in a good partnership, there shouldn’t be any questions that can’t be asked and can’t be solved through dialog.
And this is exactly where we are here to help you.
